Tuition Assistance Wilson Senior Care has openings for LPN (Licensed Practical Nurses) in our Medford Nursing Center (Darlington, SC), Oakhaven Nursing Center (Darlington, SC), Honorage Nursing Center (Florence, SC) and Morrell Nursing Center (Hartsville, SC).

Come Experience the Difference of working as an LPN for an Employee-Owned Company! 12 Hour Shifts (Both Full & Part Time Positions Available) LPN's make frequent rounds to verify that appropriate nursing care (according to established policies and procedures) is provided; note any changes in a resident's condition; intervene to correct any problems observed.
Supervision of CNAs on your Unit.
Renders skilled nursing care and services to residents.
Observes and reports resident signs/symptoms and changes in condition in a timely manner to the Supervisor, MD, and Responsible Party Administers and documents medication/treatments as ordered per MD as indicated Assumes responsibility for safe administration and documentation of medications and treatments.
Maintains accurate and complete records of resident condition and care/services.
