Inventory Control Coordinator We are seeking an inventory control coordinator to join our team.
This role will be part of our warehouse department and will report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
Develop a schedule for cycle counts in coordination with the Operations Manager Conduct a physical inventory on all items identified on the cycle count schedule and additional items as necessary Ensure all required cycle counts are completed within the fiscal year.
Record counts and maintain locations using WMS or ERP systems Identify and generate recounts on any items with discrepancies exceeding normal tolerances Assist with inventory audits Research and correct negative inventory values Generate and review variance reports from daily cycle counts Summarize and review variance report issues with the Operations Manager Respond to inventory inquiries from Purchasing Agents and Inside Sales Reps Investigate inventory discrepancies with the appropriate parties including the receiving and transfer crews.
Monitor location maintenance changes, correct errors and report any ongoing issues to the Operations Manager.
Complete all business editing for the previous day.
This involves completing the process for will calls, UPS, credit returns, and manifest from deliveries the day before by 3p.

so that customers are invoiced in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
Required 2 plus years of experience in warehousing operations or inventory control Position requires a detailed working knowledge of Agility and a basic knowledge of Excel.
Forklift license - Preferred Work requires an above average knowledge of items in inventory including locations, colors, uses, substitutes, storage requirements, identifiers etc.
An acceptable credit and background check.
