Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Accompany clients to appointments or outings, providing companionship and support - Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Experience:
