Edgemark Solutions is currently in search of EXPERIENCED and INSURED property preservation crews and individuals to complete maintenance, winterization, snow plowing and landscaping work orders on foreclosed residential properties.
You'll be required to provide work photos before, during, and after for each order (photo documentation). Typical work orders to be completed include: lock changes, debris removal, grass cuts, shrub trimming, roof tarping, general repairs, board-ups, initial services, winterizations etc. Interested applicants must:
Pass a background screening
Be Insured
Have a smartphone or geo-coding camera
++Weekly direct deposit for all our vendors - Get paid EVERY WEEK for the work you've completed++
