Office Manager

Medical Office Manager wanted for a large primary care office operating as an FQHC in Darlington SC. Services offered include: Primary Care, Disease Management, Nuclear Medicine, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Diabetic Foot care, Ultrasound, and X-ray.
Primary responsibility is to assist the site operations director in day to day operations in the oversight of staff whose duties include:
Hire, terminate, and train staff
Schedule appointments.
Maintain medical records.
Reconcile account information.
Coordinate Ancillary Services
Arrange for emergency maintenance visits for building.
Order medical and office supplies.
Insure correct coding of claims
Delegate responsibilities.
Assess employee performance.
Perform data entry and processing.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Formulate objectives and processes.
Generate inventory records.

8-5 Monday thru Friday
