Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager / Executive Assistant. This is a highly visible position that requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. The role will interact directly with both internal and external clients, employees, and candidates. This role reports directly to the Executive Director and will be tasked with the office's operations.

Responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls as well as handle concerns related to payroll, employee relations, vendors and clients in a timely manner
Greet visitors immediately upon arrival in a welcoming manner
Data entry, management, and analysis
Data processing
Utilize candidate and employee database (HRIS) to keep information updated and accurate
Correspond and manage scheduling activities
Event managment
Stay up-to-date on all current division and compliance information in order to respond to outside requests
Upkeep of filing/storage system
Maintain inventory information and order supplies as necessary
Assist and produce specified reporting information
Special projects as assigned

Requirements
Self motivated, hard working, and prompt
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Possess good understanding of current technologies
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
