\nOPEN POSITION: MATERIAL HANDLER - SEASONAL\nCOMPANY: CITI TRENDS\nLOCATION: Darlington, SC\n?\nCOMPANY DESCRIPTION:\n?\nCiti Trends is the go-to place for incredibly low-priced, real urban brands and urban-style fashion for the whole family. You'll find Rocawear, Apple Bottoms, Cavi, Coogi, Dickies, Akademiks, Mecca, Baby Phat, Ed Hardy and more for up to 60% off mall prices. As of this minute, we have over 500 stores across the country.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n? Citi Trends expectation is that Associates should process 4 boxes of freight per hour.\n? All freight should be opened upon receipt and separated by department, then by tops and bottoms within each department.\n? Freight should be sorted using empty freight boxes individually labeled by department.\n? All boxes emptied during the freight sorting process should be broken down immediately for disposal when trash is taken out, including shoe boxes.\n? All pre-hung merchandise should be placed on rolling racks to be processed first. No more than 3 boxes at one time should be taken to each Associate working on the sales floor.\n? Each box should contain only the appropriate merchandise for the department in which an\nassociate is working.\n? Associates can stack 2-3 boxes on top of each other to create a work space on which to\nprocess freight.\n? At the end of every shift, Associates should take all trash (in clear plastic bags) to the\nstockroom.\n? Empty boxes should be broken down (or flat) before taking them to the stockroom.\n? Associates should also merchandise all processed freight within the department so as to return an empty Rolling Rack to the stockroom. New merchandise should be given prime location within each department.\n?\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school degree, GED, 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n?\nLANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and understand documents such as general correspondence, pick tickets and office procedures/memos. Ability to speak effectively with other employees of the company.\n?\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
